It's the last in a 3-series poll of all the songs that debuted and peaked way down at #40 -- the very last position on Billboard's Modern Rock Charts. Most of them only stayed there a week before disappearing forever. I don't think I've heard about 2/3 of these, but the "Pony" cover is hilarious.
