Yeah that's why I gave this its own thread rather than plonking it on a rolling thread. Apart from the fact it's just one of those mnemonic Batsignal type titles, it doesn't actually sound like an agglomeration of current trends at all. Also yeah I feel like they've been casting around for ages looking for things to do with both MCs here with increasingly dodgy results but this actually really works.

Feel like there's room to pitch this up a tiny bit and it'll sound bonkers when they do.

Yeah Tun Up is monstrous. I've been sort of considering starting a Stylo G thread for a while, he's kind of an odd figure in British pop at the moment in that there does seem to be any major scene around him and he keeps threatening to blow up without ever really doing so. The British public seem to be becoming slightly more amenable towards dancehall at the moment so he may yet do so.

i was about to say his bit on the (agreeably silly imo) clean bandit song was a good look but it turns out it's already been a single and only got to 45. that's kind of a huge balls up really
