Do you care about Aimee Mann's record label woes?

Come on, Aimee -- give it a rest!

I just read that interview with her in Magnet & I thought I'd picked up a trade magazine for contract attorneys by mistake. Doesn't anyone want to talk to her about her music? She's got some good songs, but at this point her opinions on record companies are all that keeps her in the public eye. Weird.

She's still blabbing about that crap? God. I don't care about her period, these days and her whiny attitude is mostly to blame. Doesn't she know how good she's got it? Hollywood totally kisses her ass, so does the music press. What's her problem?

I thought she started her own company so we could be spared her tale of woe. Apparently, the purpose of the company is to promote her tales of woe.

(I'd rather listen to Joey Lawrence's tales of "Whoah")

If she's hoping to cut into the Wilco sympathy market, she better get her docu-musical out quick. Anything to make people forget sitting through Magnolia.
