I can't believe there wasn't a 2014 Goth thread! I missed that thread so much I decided to turn over a new (dark) leaf in 2015 and make sure we had a new thread this time around.
Here's some new year stuff I'm already digging:

What are you digging in this cold, dark, January? Anything you're looking forward to?

I'm still savoring the new The Birthday Massacre album. (http://open.spotify.com/album/6pC9Vai0Q9DpmehuEaXLF3)
― glenn mcdonald, Wednesday, 14 January 2015 02:54 (ten years ago)
I haven't picked up a Birthday Massacre album in awhile. But just listened to "Beyond." They've aged pretty well, thinking they would probably fit in well with the current wave of synth-pop acts like Chvrches.
― TheSkysGoneOut (Jason Pitzl-Waters), Wednesday, 14 January 2015 04:16 (ten years ago)
i mentioned them on the rolling post punk thread but i'm really enjoying these, fairly heavy gothy tinge in both

This Yabanci album is from 2014 but I just got into it (and the label has some goth/postpunk stuff on it worth checking out):
http://swissdarknights.bandcamp.com/album/grimorium
Early Siouxsie or Xmal Deutschland vibes.
From December, I like the Tarcar EP on Blackest Ever Black. It's more of a dubby, weird electronic thing but this track...

This thread is mostly old stuff but I think there was a couple of new things in thereresearch into Ethereal Goth and Dreampop (and other stuff for fans of early 4AD and Projekt)

If you like your goth stuff noisy, experimental and with psychedelic influences, check out Big Debbie (formerly Little Debbie):

If you can get over the name it's really good stuff.

I would certainly add something from Screature's new album "Four Columns," and the song "No Will" by White Hills (though the rest of the album isn't really like that song).

Also, if "Wyoming" by Heather Woods Broderick has come out on Projekt Records in the 1990s, nobody would have blinked.

i've got a backlog of tracks to add to this thread over the coming weeks.
i'll start with this track, from Tarcar - unfortunately not on Spotify.

Bernard & Edith, released their brilliant debut album Jem in May
Bernard & Edith - Crocodilehttps://open.spotify.com/track/226RQ2vSkS3bB7ppxijfalCocteau Twins inspired dream ethereal exotica
Keluar, one of the best contemporary electronic darkwave bands, (they took my track of the year award in 2013, with Fractures.)
they are back with a new ep, including these 2 tracks
Keluar - Pangunahttps://open.spotify.com/track/15raZmhIMZZ9CKQdkRMnrG
Keluar - Volitionhttps://open.spotify.com/track/10RTfgQr7ge6uKffq1JRNd
Mushy is back with a new track in 2015, that i previously mentioned on another ilm thread
Mushy - Song of Diamondshttps://soundcloud.com/mushyyy/song-of-diamondssounding like a female fronted ethereal slowcore talk talk circa spirit of eden- not on spotify yet
Dark Neopostpunk track
City Calm Down - Rabbit Runhttps://soundcloud.com/iohyouparty/city-calm-down-rabbit-runtrack i mentioned on rolling post punk thread, sounding like mid 80s echo & the bunnymen. their debut album is coming later this year, in the meantime check their tracks on soundcloud / spotify !
― djmartian, Monday, 13 July 2015 23:24 (ten years ago)
Shame that Tarcar track is vinyl only. I'll have to await the inevitable full-length. I also noticed that compilation also has a new Tropic of Cancer track on it.
Keluar is new for me, just picked up the EP, thanks for the heads-up!
Also - yes, I too greatly anticipate the new Chelsea Wolfe, tracks I've heard so far are pretty great.

The Black Mare / Lycia split was, indeed, very good! Glad to hear Lycia has a new album coming out, though I hope we'll see more from Black Mare soon too. "Field of the Host" was one of my fave dark goth-y records last year.
Oh, and your wedding may be Goth, but it isn't "having Cold Cave cover The Cure's 'Plainsong" in a giant Irish mansion" Goth.

Can't listen to that whole podcast, is there a more comprehensive track list anywhere? Because I love that first track.
I hope I can get a CD of the new Lycia album.
― Robert Adam Gilmour, Tuesday, 25 August 2015 09:18 (nine years ago)
If you follow the link from the mixcloud description to http://secretthirteen.org/s13-burning-the-existence/ there's a full track list (unless you meant more comprehensive than that, like, with timings or something, but mixcloud updates its "now playing" bar every time the track changes) plus a download link.
Enjoying the mix btw, thanks. Nice to see Abwärts on a mix, looking forward to lots of stuff I've never heard of.

the John Carpenter intro track was mixing perfectly with some austere techno I had playing in the other tab :D
the Might Sphincter track afterwards, not so much

Thanks Spacecadet. I actually thought the Carpenter piece was the intro for the Mighty Sphincter one.

This is a quick, third-quarter reminder that all available tracks mentioned on this thread (and a handful of album selections from each listed) are being updated to the thread-specific Spotify playlist as posted. I just did another top-to-bottom sweep prior to posting this message and have revised as of today with everything that's been added since first mentioned. Subscribe if you're into it!
It's 30 tracks, over 2 hours.

I'm wrapping this playlist for the year. It has been updated and includes every track mentioned on thread that is available via Spotify's US catalogue as of EOY 2015... sadly, Siouxsie's "Love Crime" is still AWOL. If I missed something or if a track comes available sometime in the future, bump here to let me know and I'll add.
