Ah good, that's one of the ones I just got.

It's them doing Neu mostly and is superb.

That's what I heard about it, and why I was looking for it. Naturally, most copies were located in the US so I hesitated until I found some UK ones.

Actually, the first track is the most Neu like, the rest could be more influenced by Harmonia

It looks like a "Best of Bliss Out" came out last month. I don't know if it's truth in advertising. It's on Spotify.

It's been a while since I've heard any of the others but iirc the Tomorrowland, Transient Waves, and Piano Magic are all good too.

Piano Magic one is lovely, one of the best things they did.

Of the ones I've heard, probably the Lilys one, but the Windy & Carl and Flowchart are great too.

Piano Magic one is fantastic, I'm a sucker for anything creepy nautical ambient, tho what else is in that category, maybe something by Rachel's. Anyway Antarctica is great too. The AmAnSet one I remember being pleasant enough but inessential.

The Manual/Jess Kahr one is my favorite... listen to it all the time. As noted above, Windy + Carl, Piano Magic, and Flowchart are very good. And I personally really like the Cat's Miaow one... it's more Hydroplane sounding than most Cat's Miaow, which is perfect. I've got most of them... 1-14 and 20 and 21. Need to find that Mus one, heard it's quite nice.

voting Piano Magic, mainly because my friend was on it; it's also the only one of these I still listen to on a regular basis.

Have spent my day listening to this Spotify playlist; made it through the first seven volumes so far. Of these early ones, Windy&Carl and Amp are the standouts. Flowchart and Tomorrowland and Orange Cake Mix and Fuxa are all also good. Mirza is the only one that hasn't aged quite so well - it's very Mogwai/Young Team. Reminds me of the Kranky band Magnog, who also mined this territory - epic guitar crescendos, not yet as orchestral as GYBE or Sigur Ros.

Came by for the result, didn't realise I made it that long.
