Moldy Goldies: Colonel Jubilation B. Johnston and His Mystic Knights Band and Street Singers Attack the Hits was one of the first half-dozen Holy-Grail albums I went looking for when I got onto Soulseek in 2003. I've still never seen a physical copy.

I love his segments in No Direction Home, where he talks about recording Blonde on Blonde. "We took down all the fuckin' clocks! We didn't have a clock! Dylan just did whatever the fuck he wanted!"
