New song "Joe's Dream" out there today. Immediately my favorite thing she's released under the BFL name since the 'Two Suns' album. Simply gorgeous.

I don't think there's any tie-in to "Pearl's Dream," but I will pretend there is anyway.

Absorbing this album is going to take some work. Except for 3 or so songs, there seems to be very little in the way of drums or percussion. Lots of slow, dreamy soundscapes that aren't easily digestible on a cursory level.

really liking this so far, she has such a pretty voice

it's nice but it's not grabbing me the way everything else she's done has... the concept seems to be limiting the tone, and I kind of wish it had one standout track and nothing is striking me that way so far.

Sunday Love's verses are nearly identical to 'Daniel.'

Tentative thumbs up for this - "If I Knew" is one of her loveliest songs

first BfL album without a monster single somewhere but i'm still quite enjoying it.
