I voted for Gold Panda because he is the only one who has made an album that I've owned, and I liked Lucky Shiner a lot. I had never heard of Desiigner before now and am startled to learn that i) he made the current #2 song in America, while I am occupied with listening to Vektor, and ii) he was born in the year that I graduated high school.
