I'm sure there's at least one Be-Bop Deluxe song that does this but I can't bring it to mind. there is a sound effect at the beginning of their Live! In The Air Age album which I think is supposed to be a spaceship

"International Feel," "Inca Roads" and "Space Suit" by They Might Be Giants definitely. "Countdown" has a countdown but the sound effect at the beginning is more like an atmospheric aircraft than the audio that traditionally signifies spacecraft so debatable.

They're listed as two consecutive tracks on Jefferson Starship's 'Blows Against the Empire', but the first, 'X-M', is basically just one and a half minutes of noise that culminates in the sound of a starship taking off as it segues into 'Starship'.
