So my driver said that he liked everything but country, i think that this is a narrow attitude that should be disproven-what albums, good albums, would make a 14 hour trip to Vancouver unbearble.

Bob Dylan - Blonde On Blonde and Rolling Stones - Exile On Main Street
are two of the *best* road trip albums
(as are most double albums - when else u gonna have time to listen to 'em)

anyway, the Dylan album might help the country cause a bit since many of the musicians on it were ace country music session men.
