troubador 1995 maybe? my best friend's younger sister goes to the troubador to check out golden smog (y'all-ternative supergroup comprised of members of wilco, jayhawks, soul asylum) and wouldn't you know, winona's hanging in the fray with the rest of the audience.

shortly before the headliner she ends up standing next to my friend's sister...

Actually, I'd previously heard rumors about Winona going both ways (and that this had something to do with her grievance against Gwyneth Paltrow over Shakespeare in Love). But there seem to be no reports of Winona going after any female musicians.

Rock Star X was playing a gig around the same time/location as Rock Star Y and Industry Person Z thought it would be a good idea to introduce them to each other. Very awkward and short conversation ensues. Rock Star X takes Industry Person Z aside and says something along the lines of dude, I wouldn't hold it against you because you didn't know, but that's the guy Winona cheated on me with.
