Anyone knows the source of the 4 second sample that's repeating twice between 1:40 and 1:50 in this clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vhMqkthBAaQ I mean the sort of whining sound that starts low and rises, underneath the all breaks. I feel like it's something experimental or industrial/kraut from the 80s. Or maybe something more obvious like Brian Eno or Tangerine Dream... It always gets in my brain when I head it...

^ does sound similar, but this seems to have come out in 1994 and Angel came out in 1993.

I don't think it is this but it does sound like a sound at the beginning of Future Days by Can.

I think the most notable thing about it is the particular way the pitch bends which makes me think of a Doppler effect on the sound of a passing vehicle engine.
