I am getting better at coping with this! When I hear music on the bus or in the Asda and my soul begins to crumble as the anxiety streams in from all sides as the attack unfurls, I remember that music is a representation of the soul and I think of the suffering that must be out there in the hearts of others that this is the result. I used to view this as a personal affront but now I have more understanding, this is the lived reality for many.
