BLUEPRINT TOO!: Sequels to Songs S/D?

After mistaking the Blueprint 2 thread for a Fugazi remake, I started thinking about song sequels (like Metallica's "Unforgiven 2" and Fugazi's "Burning Too") and was wondering what everybody's faves are. "Let's Twist Again" is great, and I like that Metallica actually says "Unforgiven 2" on the track (well, it's actually "Unforgiven too" but its a homonym).

Not sure if this counts, but the first track of Cheap Trick's much-maligned ALL SHOOK UP album (produced by George "Fifth Beatle" Martin) "Stop this Game", begins with the slow fade-in that is purportedly the closing note/crescendo of "A Day in the Life" off SGT.PEPPER'S. Try it and see. Fun for the whole family.
