rather than a jungle revival i'd just like to see more variety of the kind in this Streets DJ set which drops jungle alongside 2 step, 4/4 garage, hip hop, ragga and r n' b - and it just seems so right

Actually one interesting effect that garage has had on drum & bass is that the former has forced the latter to get over its fear of pop. Just as the light fluffy pop numbers seem to have flickered out of garage there's heaps of them in jungle. Weird.

probably true...interesting that the biggest selling drum n bass tracks this year came from established luminaries of the field and had a heavy latin flavour as well!
