I had a compilation in my iTunes recently but I can't find it now. The songs were as short as a few seconds and each may have been the exact same length. The titles were long and hilarious. The songs, if I remember correctly, often sounded like snippets of longer songs rather than noise blurts (although there may have been some of those). I can't recall any of the artists probably because I didn't recognize a single one. In fact, it could be one artist using a bunch of different names. But it was all jokey in an Inca Eyeball way. And something tells me it might be a recent release although that could be incorrect.
Sound familiar? Did I dream this?

If those tracks were a poll, I'd probably vote for:
Sunblock Bukkake - Wait A Minute This Isnt Glue

Put me down for
Azusa The Raw Data Tester - A 24-bit Bitmap Image Of Just The Color Orange With The Dimensions 446 x 435 And Converted Into Sound (A-Law Encoding) Is 13 Seconds Long
(sorry KJB, have this nagging feeling I've read about some few-second song compilations - not necessarily the one you're after - but can't quite bring any useful details to mind. Was it sonically similar to Inca Eyeball or just in terms of song titles?)
(I have 1 Inca Eyeball track on a compilation and I'm not sure I even know what "sonically similar to Inca Eyeball" means but hey)

I feel like there’s another one that I’ve seen but I can’t think of it right now.

prob not the one you're looking for but this "ringtone" comp from Touch has some great titles: https://www.discogs.com/Various-Ringtones/release/342857

Ha! It didn't sound sonically similar to Inca Eyeball, a passing spacecadet. As I remember, the styles were all over the place.
Ya know, I have that Touch Ringtones comp in iTunes, SO in an effort to preserve my sanity, I'm going to try to convince myself that that is what I was looking for.
P. S. Everything's suggestion above brought me to this amazing Discogs list of 'Experiments, gimmick and concept albums, bands and labels'. But warning - it's a massive time sucker.

OMG! Few, if any, will care. But I found it just now while searching for something else! It's The Second Album: The First Of Its Kind. Each song is one-second long, most with lengthy titles and/or artist names.

Crazy verbose Bandcamp page. I legit adore (much of) this comp. Totally obnoxious and lots of fun.
