Not very familiar with this artist's earlier work, but I love this album. Dreamy layered ambient techno that I suppose will appeal to fans of last year's Kelly Lee Owens album, but it's darker, eerier, thicker, more enveloping. Fantastic use of viola and organ sounds as well. I find the intermeshing of layers totally hypnotising.

oh, nice, i liked 2015's "somnaphoria" a lot, glad to hear they have a new one.
apparently matchess is whitney johnson, played viola for verma. listening to "salted earth" now. first track is very much motorik.
