ie Heart of the Sunrise :

“Aragorn looked at the pale stars, and at the moon, now sloping behind the western hills that enclosed the valley. 'This is a night as long as years', he said. 'How long will the day tarry?'
'Dawn is not far off', said Gamling, who had now climbed up beside him. 'But dawn will not help us, I fear'
'Yet dawn is ever the hope of men', said Aragorn.”

The "William Shatner"-style bridge in "Does it Really Happen?" could easily be about Frodo
"You WALK...th' WAY...........
You TAKE...........th' PATH...
To BE.........asSURED.......
You DRAW...........a GRAPH...."

Awaken, any bit of it basically, the lyrics could be a bit Tolkien-esque

There's a Jon Anderson Facebook status for every significant moment in LOTR

I do think of fields plenty when listening to Yes, but I don't understand why this association has stuck and I think it misrepresents them. Anderson has said the books were an influence and he did do some elvish/Tolkien thing as a solo album but that Wakeman album was just a cash-in thing that I'm not sure he actually recorded for (wasn't it just repackaged stuff?)
