Tbf, "Teenage Dirtbag" is older than "Stairway to Heaven" was when I was 12 and it was topping the yearly classic rock countdown. Whether it is classic is a different question.

I found this half more difficult than the first half. Was about to give the Stranglers some love but then I saw the final option for the iconic Won't Get Fooled Again. YEEEEAAAAAAAAAH!

I'd never heard "Teenage Dirtbag" until today, and have absolutely no idea how anyone could possibly call that song "good" let alone a "classic."

I only learned recently that Teenage Dirtbag is somehow about the singer being bullied by metalhead killer Ricky "Acid King" Kasso as a kid, and then I guess subsequently getting targeted by authority figures because he liked AC/DC and Iron Maiden just like Ricky. It's a pretty cool fact, but upon re-listening it still doesn't make me like the song.
