Can you identify the artist who did this cover art?

This is the European cover art for AC/DC's "High Voltage" from 1976, and the mystery of its cover artist is bugging me, cos it feels like it could be some cartoonist I should know. If it weren't for the exaggerated physique, I would say Brian Bolland, but I don't think it is him.

Anyway, I don't own the actual LP, but apparently it doesn't credit the cover artist, and googling hasn't helped either. Does anyone have any idea who the artist might be?

This looks absolutely nothing like anything Brian Bolland has ever drawn.

I have another cover art question: what's the third LP on the cover of Warp Records' first Artificial Intelligence comp? The other two are obviously Autobahn and Dark Side of the Moon, but the third one doesn't ring a bell.

According to Discogs it's this: https://www.discogs.com/Various-Pioneers-Of-The-Hypnotic-Groove/release/3601

Not entirely convinced it's that.

On the original it's easier to tell that there's a packet of Rizlas sitting on the bottom right corner, in case that's throwing you off.

There's also the wacky animated version where the robot is so spaced out he's entering the album cover! ie. starting around 0:40 here he's standing on the circuit board and a few seconds later you can see a better rendering of the Pioneers cover:
