I was listening to The Life & Times... yesterday and I was again struck by how great "It's Hot" and "Come & Get Me" sound. Jay-Z brilliantly builds on Timbaland's dry-as-fuck rootsy dirges with that wonderful laidback incredulity in his voice (see "what you drained fluid? Think you gotta full tank, now you wanna pull rank?") - he should star in a Western and have a big sheriff's star or something.
