i wish they had recorded sooner; their live sets 5 years ago were way more stripped down raw hardware sound. it’s way more polished now which is great—tobias is an incredible producer and great dj—but they used to be punk as fuck

Yeah it's kind of an odd contrast on some tracks, the keys/pads and breaks that would signify polite deep house or 'broken beat' by themselves, mixed with the hyped-up anthemic vocals
