It's been forever since I found anyone I wanted to start a whole thread about, but I really dig this guy. Obvious Lennon-McCartneyisms but filtered through, say, Neil Finn. With traces of Bowie here and there? And grooves too. Anyway, he's good and I can't find much about him. Looks like he's just released EPs and singles. He's from Bolton and is apparently legally deaf but wears hearing aids. Brian Eno is a fan.
This song is the new single, which is the one that got my attention. Probably his best, but all the ones I've heard are good.
