seven years pass...

I'm listening to the title track of 'Diamond Dogs', and I just got the wordplay in the line "...he lives on top of Manhattan Chase. The elevator's broke...". I knew for years that Chase Manhattan was a bank but, here's the wordplay bit, the elevator in a bank is broke. (/snoball slaps forehead)
