Track IDs based on a snippet of lyrics/samples

if someone could identify these songs i would be very grateful

1) a british jazzy hip hop track from nearly 2 years ago - features a woman singing the lyric 'you bring your SP 500...i'll bring my...' or something along those lines. the video showed the singer looking a bit like Macy gray and she was in a house with the producer bloke but the camera was concentrating on this little spider that was scuttling around. this could well be an Aim track as its along their lines - quite a jolly little number tho (unlike the Aim i've heard!)

2) jazzfunk/hip hop track featuring the line 'we got the hot hot music, the hot music' - thats all i can remember

I believe 2 is the Roots--I can't recall the title, but it's somewhere on Things Fall Apart. Good luck on 1.

Roots song is "The Next Movement" from the album "Things Fall Apart".
