No....you're all wrong!!! The best song under 30 seconds has to be the classic track by Lawnmower Deth called "Egg Sandwich". Clocking in at just under 10 seconds its an absolute jem of a song!!!
With its deep and meaningful lyrics....

"Two slices of bread,
