I think Pet Shop Boys' "London" is a nice pop song.

one month passes...
I am adopting this unanswered thread, too.

Blur have a song called "London Loves" and I'm actually pretty indifferent to it, but who else can think of nice popsongs with London in the title?

Gene 'London Can You Wait' - you could call it a nice pop song...i'm not keen tho

Hey, this "adopting threads thing really works!"

And hey, no fair, Alex, posting more than one at a time, especially considering that you posted the one *I* was going to say next...

I think Pet Shop Boys' "London" is a nice pop song.

There wasn't a rule about posting more than one. Sorry, though, Kate.

Ralph McTell to thredd.

For what it's worth, I think "London Loves" is quintessential Blur, and how I'd like to remember them.

Nicolette's Just to Say Peace & Love should really be called Lazy Day in London as far as I'm concerned. If it was it could be an answer to Kate's question.

Surprised this thread didn't get further.

Making a "London" CD-R for a friend. Will have Saint Etienne, Bark Psychosis, Underworld. Not really got much further than that, so far.

Ben Watt/Estelle - Pop A Cap in Yo' Ass
