the best album ever made. i guess we've never done a poll bc "lido" and "lowdown" will obviously come out ahead but i think i'm voting for "harbor lights" bc it feels like it's emanating from the bottom of a well

this is one of my two or three favorite records of all time and I could talk about it all day but won't. we're all alone is unbelievable, singular, but "Jump Street" has my heart -- it's almost total chaos and somehow it ends up cohering, so unhinged yet so meticulous
