Any fans of electronica artist RAMZi? Really cool sound worlds, kind of all over the place. Her album Multiquest Niveau 1: Camouflé from 2019 is what got me hooked... groovy and chill and kinda spacey but with all kind of samples and electronic sounds whizzing through. a really enchanting piece of work.. bits kind of bring to mind The Orb, in a sort of "extended aquatic downtempo house with samples floating in-and-out" thing

I loved Cocon from last year, but this thread has prompted me to listen to Multiquest Niveau 1 for the first time and of course it is excellent as well - and a fair amount stranger.

I also get some early Mouse on Mars vibes from her work at times - loose-limbed and limber.

the only one i have is Peze-Piton from 2017 which is all quite smudgy and lumpy and murky and in a weird way reminds me of the discombobulated psychedelia of stuff like black dice, albeit thru a theo parrish filter

phobizas vols 2 and 3 are extremely nice. love the cover design on those too. need to get caught up with the last year or two.

Yup agree, this is right up my street. Summed up best at Boomkat: 'fuzzed 'n blunted downtempo rhythmic construxions'. Also reminds me of some of Roza Terenzi's low bpm offerings.
