A wonderful album, one that has been pretty much constantly on rotation for me since its release, and one that has helped me through a couple of bleak times. Toss up with Felt Mountain for Alison's best. Let's ruin it with a poll.

I may have to sit down and give this a re-listen. Didn't like it as much as Seventh Tree, but still great, as I recall.

Thea.

I know this album is good but at the same time much of it just never stuck in my head no matter how many times I listened. To some extent it's the consistent palette and mood throughout but 2013 is when this started happening more regularly with albums I professed to like e.g. Tomorrow's Harvest so partly an age thing I'm sure.

Sad to have missed this poll. Would have voted for Thea.

Black Cherry has always been my favourite album because it's when I really fell for them, but Tales Of Us is creeping up there.

Would be cool to see a poll for their albums. They're so consistent. Even lesser albums like Silver Eye and Head First are still really solid.
