Trying to think of the name of a band, help me?

I received their album for review c2009, kind of noisy non-quantised analogue electronic music not dissimilar to Dan Deacon but maybe less melodic.

I really want to say they were called "The Circulatory System" but that's a different band. They had a similar name, perhaps relating to traffic of some sort?

I think I've heard imago mention them here in the past. It's really annoying me I can't think of the name.

Yacht? Health? Neon Indian? Memory Tapes?

All good suggestions - very much in that vein - but the name was very very similar to The Circulatory System, except I looked that band up and they seem to be some psychedelic Elephant Six band, and I'm thinking these were possibly British. It was very fuzzy, repetitive music that used these square waves of noise to sound almost like jazz trumpets
