Grand Theft Auto Soundtrack - Bomb or barf?

Checked out the seven (7!) cd soundtrack for GTA3 - Vice City? How good a job did they do compiling it? Designing it? Pushing it?

I can't tell you about the CDs, but the music is very well incorporated into the game.
