this Canadian balladeer has pipes, on two fairly decent sized hits in the 80s, the former with Sheriff, the latter with Alias.
I feel like the former is gonna walk this but would u consider the latter? his voice is pretty buttery on it, even if it IS complete schmaltz. here is the evidence
