I guess "everybody i know..." because I'm reading the words here and I guess that's what he is singing but it just sounds like a rhythmic mix of random phonetics that resembles words but is not actual words.

great use of gong

For all the rock drummers with gongs in their set, there really aren't that many songs that feature gongs.

have always heard "everybody i know" concluding with "... but (something something something), gotta move like hell." that would be some classic Classic Rock corn, but i do prefer that to the word salad it would seem he is actually delivering there.
