Here's a list I made of jazz scat words and syllables. It's not as exhaustive as I would have liked but I consulted an official* glossary for the letter Z.
Had a friend who said one time that the best one is 'shway.' Have you heard? The word is 'shway.' It's got groove, etc. He was a jazz performance major at the time, he didn't really understand postmodernism.
Uh, though I ought to defer to that kind of expertise, it faces some pretty stiff competition from, among others, 'zwee'. Don't get me wrong, it's certainly a contender. You can scat a lot of jazz with 'shway'.
