If an each album in the ballot poll is an island, do these records represent an archipelago of desert islands housing a single ILMer? If so, it's time to pick which of these lonely, isolated isles you'd prefer to dock your musical boat.

This NIKI album is nice - kind of bedroom dream pop

I loved both tracks I heard of that Le Sserafim EP, so a clear head start there.

Katarina Gryvul was my number one. It's very beautiful but without being overly static, it's got classical references but also fun glitches and squelches. I bloody love it.

I voted for Cass McCombs so that one. His best since Catacombs imo if anyones interested.

I'm surprised PVA "blush" only got one vote. Decent if not amazing post punk/electronic thing. I guess that DFA style sound isn't trendy anymore.

imago, I'm not sure how much it'll appeal to you, as it is often quite dreamy in a way I wouldn't associate with your tastes - I definitely want a chess report, though. Getting a bit spoilery, I did put a lot of tracks from albums I liked on my tracks ballot, and from this one I rated 'Vidsutni' as one of the stand-outs of the year.

I always have one of my nominations in this poll which means I have to vote for it (PVA). Decent if not amazing is fair - 'Hero Man' and 'Bunker' huge earworms for me over the last six months tho.
