I was first familiar with the Daddy Dewdrop song, which was also featured on The Groovy Goolies as I was just reminded, but years later decided the title may have been a play on a Carmen Miranda song, unless it was derived from some intermediate mutation, such as by Johnny Cash. Anyway, wondering how many times this phrase has popped in one form or another.
