In another thread on here a few days ago about the first lines of the first songs you played that day. There were two lines posted that i really would like to find out who did them. So, if anyone can point me to a reliable lyric search engine site, that would be great, or, just what are these lines from?

"Soft as snow/but warm inside"

"I'm lying in bed the blanket is warm/this body will never be safe from harm"

i always just stick lyrics into Google. seems to find things ok. sometimes you need to do a phrase search with quotes around the line to get correct results...

For hip-hop, surely The Original Hip-Hop Lyrics Archive is the best. The best pop/rock one I've found is A-Z Lyrics Universe. Try an advanced Google search.

The best lyrics search engine is at www.google.com.

But what if you don't know the lyrics. Google "dear mr. fantasy lyrics" and you're just going to get all of those pop-up sites such as www.123lyricsforyou!.com
