I don't know how I can vote against "Train in Vain."

I think the biggest surprise is no Depeche Mode. They are KROQ but didn't do as well as I thought they should.

I have seen Depeche Mode more than any other band, they're beyond classic. Interesting that they didn't do that well on a poll actually designed for them.

On polls I mean, there were 10 of theses.

I flew off and chose my nectar by instinct and memory. Otherwise I might have chosen back on the chain gang. I like and trust the hive. Am I not a bee? Today I am not a honeybee. Or maybe I am an antisocial, or sick, or ambitious bee.

Just thinking out loud here and to continue. It seems like the Pet Shop Boys took the place of Depeche Mode in these results. Are the Pet Shop Boys better than Depeche Mode? It almost seems like that is what ILM is saying with theses results.

I certainly enjoy Pet Shop Boys more than Depeche Mode.

I heard Back on the Chain Gang at Vons yesterday and that told me it was going to win this poll. Mind you I had no idea if that was going to be true outside of some posts.

It really was an embarrassment of riches but still surprised something like Let's Go Crazy, True Faith and Sledgehammer got no votes.

I voted Primary, as it felt like a song crashing the party with the guy in the leather jacket in the corner. Especially with something like Tainted Love ect.

I voted "Train in Vain," which really feels like it belongs to a different era from the rest of these songs.

huh, yeah it does. i went bowie because that song is bigger than life to me, in a weird way. but botcg is sooo good, good result.

Championship round is still coming but delayed until lisztomania subsides a bit. Probably will do in about two weeks.
