Pick Any Pop Or Rap Artist And Any EDM Artist And Have Them Make A Record Together. Who You Pick?

my secret wish long ago was to have kompakt artists make the music for rappers here and i always wondered how cool that would be! come one, that would have been cool. i don't remember what combos i had in mind back then. T.I. and Michael Mayer? i dunno. but something cooler than William Orbit/Madonna anyway. never understood why cutting edge pop stars didn't seek out cutting edge electro people and settled for surly and suspect swedish bubblegum bastards instead.

i do think that Yves Tumor and Lil Yachty could make the album of my dreams though.

(not that working with the blunted out dirtbags you went to high school with doesn't have its charms. but i kinda wish people thought more universally....)

i think afrika has been uh cancelled. but maybe that doesn't matter in a hypothetical world. the sky's the limit! even for problematic hip hop pioneers.
