The 1997 Sega Saturn game Sonic R is best remembered for its ridiculous soundtrack. Incredibly corny but irresistible jazzy vocal house tracks written by British game composer Richard Jacques and sung by Teresa Jane Davis (both of whom later returned for several tracks on Dreamcast racing game, Metropolis Street Racer).
I'd love to hear more music in this vein, but it's hard to find something that really nails that blue skies club music sound.
