Hypnotized is great, but this Future Games is all time.

I basically agree with Dan Peterson's take:

"Future Games" is a nice enough tune that starts losing its stuffing a quarter of the way through, though it's impressive that he was still a neophyte songwriter at the time.
"Hypnotized" has a great mysterioso atmosphere where the song and performances come together perfectly, you don't even have to have read or believe Castaneda to enjoy it.
"Bermuda Triangle" is an obvious carbon copy of "Hypnotized", it's like he decided going forward he'd get his lyric ideas from In Search Of. Undoubtedly he had songs entitled "Sasquatch" and "Killer Bees" in line for the next Mac album.

“Bermuda Triangle” is still good imo, but then again it doesn’t really bother me that it’s hypnotized pt 2, I would have been fine with a full Welch album of that kind of stuff.
