The call-and-response section at 2:25 sounds exactly like Kleenex's "Ain't U," but I believe it is still rub, probably because when you peel away the hooks, the coy little intimations of lesbian/incest and the 'naughty' "touch my bum" bit (neither of which I'd respond to anyway), it's got no heat no vibe no life.

There is nothing inherently wrong with the Cheeky Girls, unless you think the lesbian/incest thing is absolutely central to their existence, which is arguable. Perhaps we could aesthetically 'save' them thru an Outhere Brothers bootleg.
