This is a just a pet project and playlist. Back in the early weeks of this hellish administration, like early February, I started posting daily dopamine hits on Facebook, little blasts of music to make myself feel good. Some of them have overt rebel-resist vibes, a lot of them were just things I felt like hearing that day. Some have obvious topicality related to the artists — obituaries in some cases, news events in others. No real rules except they should be songs I'm always happy to hear, and so far anyway I haven't repeated any artists. I've been compiling a Spotify list as I've gone, and it has served its stated purpose. I can put it on shuffle and will generally improve my mood within a few songs.
Anyway, I've hit 100 on the playlist, so I thought it'd be a dumb fun poll. Breaking it up into 4 and then will face off for the Grand Dopamine Champion. Playlist here: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/17W3WaXIGGuhLRH8K0dQ9r?si=f5e506b9b40d4ee7
