It is a song and video based on the popular 70's/80's British children's TV show "Rainbow". The puppets, bear and old guy are all from it.

It's a very dated idea, isn't it? People were sampling Rainbow and other kid's shows for inclusion in dance music about 12 years ago... and it wasn't exactly fantastic then either...

Was funny on TOTP though, with that burd trying to sing seriously with Zippy shouting "put your hand up in the air" in the background. Classic TV.

Could I just say that I interviewed ALL of the rainbow cast while they were promoting this video. They are pros. Camp-old-men-type pros.
