I was browsing around AMG the other day when I ran into this group's entry. Swedish synth-pop group from the 80s. Similar artists listed include Daft Punk and Zapp.

I am incredibly intrigued. What is the story with these guys and where can I get their music?

Nasa weren't Swedish and they weren't synth pop (if we're talking about the same band). They were a pair of Yemeni dudes who played poppy alterna-metal not unlike the Power Station. They only had one album to my knowledge, INSHA ALLAH, but Les Warner of the Cult, Raven of Killing Joke and the late, great Ofra Haza all contributed to it. Their "big single" was called "Shah Shah".

Haha! Dan Perry and I can both confirm that we were suckered into these guys because the song "Inshallah" itself was pretty good. Then we heard their other stuff.

Was their stuff other than this album? I still have it (and occaissionally......very, very, very occaissionally......play "Shah Shah")
