As a big fan of both, I must say I lean towards "Satan Gave Me a Taco" for, as Serj Tankian says "reasons undefined".

Never heard "Satan Gave Me a Taco." Never really been into Beck. "Jesus Built My Hotrod," however, is glorious.

"Satan Gave Me A Taco" has been one of my favorite songs to annoy friends with when I've had a 5th of Beam in me and an acoustic guitar at hand, so I gotta give it the gold. Jesus Built My Hotrod would be way more complicated to reconstruct. I'd need to bust out the DrRhythm.
