Order it from your public library. It is good, but more like a pamphlet: takes about half an hour to read.

I live in Sweden. The book isn´t available at the libraries here. Anyone now about some place at the internet where I might order it? Like some 2nd hand bookshop?

I love it, and I have absolutely no idea where you can get one. Sorry. I've had several over the years, but I've given all but one away. It's my favourite pop book ever. "Piquant punk pucks"!

I sold mine a couple of years ago, they went for about twenty quid, I think. Sorry, that may be muddying the waters rather than helping matters.
