What exactly is the difference between the studio version of this record and the one on the Last Concert album? I have the live performance and is the studio one worth seeking out?

I haven't heard Last Concert in a while, but as I recall, the studio version is actually more intense than the live one. The last half of the studio version is one long build up into chaos.

the studio version is more intense, takes longer to build and kick in. Better recording too. But I love Last Concert...

The first two pieces on Last Concert are live versions of two of the themes from their Cassiber remix CD (the second disc of Cassiber's 'Live in Japan')... that disc is a bit all over the place but the ending is one of the most amazing mindmelting noise rock codas ever.
