She'd still be rocking her sweet ass out to this great Rush bootleg I have from like 1975, Juvenile Delinquents.

Great line from Geddy, "This is a song the Beatles did a long time ago ... for all the juvenile delinquents in the audience, this is called 'Bad Boy'!!"

Mr. Diamond (diamond), Saturday, 11 January 2003 09:06 (twenty-three years ago)

...WAIT WOULD AYN LIKE MOBY FOR SHILLING OUT HIS MUSIC? OR WOULD SHE HATE HIM FOR BEING A PC VEGAN???

Rachmaninoff. John Philip Souza. She'd think all rockers were a bunch of commie hippies, and wouldn't get electronica at all.

She might appreciate bling-bling rap, at least intellectually (because of the conspicuous displays and celebration of wealth).

Tad (llamasfur), Saturday, 11 January 2003 19:30 (twenty-three years ago)

Alan Greenspan's shrivelled penis.

hstencil, Saturday, 11 January 2003 19:33 (twenty-three years ago)

to be forgiven for the voluminous heap of dung she produced in her regretfully long life?

Clarke B., Sunday, 12 January 2003 02:20 (twenty-three years ago)

Ayn would be into all that whiny post-Lillith bullshit.

maria b (maria b), Sunday, 12 January 2003 16:43 (twenty-three years ago)

dave225 (Dave225), Monday, 13 January 2003 13:43 (twenty-three years ago)

who's ayn rand?

michael wells (michael w.), Monday, 13 January 2003 13:45 (twenty-three years ago)

No way she'd like post-Lilith stuff. Rand didn't even like women, really.

She wrote a book called "The Romantic Manifesto" that celebrated Romantic ideals. She didn't really discuss music in it at all, but I think "Atlas Shrugged" repeatedly refers to a composer who writes beautiful symphonies. So I'm going with Tchaikovsky, Mahler, Berlioz, etc.
